The location was close to the events we went to. We even walked to one event.

We really liked the fact we could bring our own food to make breakfast or snacks. It was nice and quiet, compared to a large hotel.

The floor of the shower was quite slippery. Suggest you put something on the floor to fix that.

Sleeping on the sofa bed you can feel the coils in the mattress, but it was comfortable enough for our 3-night stay.

Extremely mediocre and uncomfortable place, oversold on listing. Only benefit is great area.

-Sofabed extremely uncomfortable -Main bed and pillows uncomfortable -Very loud AC system -Very small shower and sink, shelf right above sink prevents you from leaning over sink -Walls so thin you can hear neighboring guests speaking even at a low voice -No decor to make place feel cozy -Difficult TV to use

Exactly what I was looking for at a great price

Awesome location and provided exactly what we needed to stay somewhere and be out all day.

The space was a little small, so it might not be ideal for people who plan to spend a lot of time in it/more than 2 people.

Charming and Safe Apartment Stay

Very easy check-in instructions and helpful tips on parking, providing guidance on app and hours for free parking, which helped me plan my time. Quiet! I was comfortable and slept very well. I only had 1 night in Pittsburgh. However, when I have a chance to visit again, I would stay here again. The neighborhood is good, with the charm of old buildings. I felt safe as a woman traveling alone. It's a short Uber/Lyft ride to downtown or the Strip district. I thoroughly enjoyed my evening without having to drive.

Older neighborhoods have construction and that's sometimes inconvenient. I had to park a little ways up the block. That's not a fault of the property and really just a minor inconvenience for me. I packed light so 2 flights of stairs was easy. Carpeted and a good handrail. Laundry is convenient, although I didn't need it on my trip.

Couldn't access keys, too many stairs for my handicapped to climb, entrance was a horrible from the street, information to seek assistance was not easily accessible, gave up and left

Overall a nice place to stay.

Great location in the center of Lawrenceville. Clean & roomy. Although I didn't need the kitchen, it is a full sized kitchen with stove & refrigerator if one wants to cook. Nice café right next door too.

Noisy, I ran the fan to sleep at night & that worked well. The TV was not visible from the bed & front door is right in front of the bed.

The location was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. This would be a perfect spot for a longer stay.

I stayed on a Saturday night, so people weren’t as quiet during the night as I would have hoped (people talking in the hallway at 1am). Light was visible around the door, which being opposite of the bed sometimes woke me up. I was a little surprised to find no coffee.

Finding the parking spot was hard and I didn't realize it was above a cafe, which started playing music at 7 am on Sunday morning.
