Die ferienwohnung liegt sehr dicht zu allem was man braucht ,wie Strand , Bäcker, Einkaufsmeile u.ä. . und doch liegt sie ruhig zu diesem treiben . Gleich nebenan befindet sich das Erlebnisbad "Ahoi" und eine Busstation. Wir haben kein Auto mehr gebraucht . ie ferienwohnung selber bietet alles um selbstständig im Urlaub zu sein . Sie ist sehr schön ausgerpüstet und neu . Eine WLAN Verbindung fehlt leider .

Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung ausreichend. Sehr gut aufgeteilt und das Bad ist wie neu. Sehr sauber und die Einrichtung im Wohn- Schlafbereich ist gut organisiert. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen. Einziger Mangel: Es gibt kein WLAN und Mobil ist auch kaum Empfang. Das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Gute Lage der Fewo mit einen PKW- Stellplatz auf dem Hinterhod. Modern saniertes Bad mit Dusche. Sehr bequeme Schrankbetten. Tolle Dachterrasse mig Blick auf die Nordsee zur Mitbenutzung. Leider ohne Liegen nur und drei Stühle vorhanden. Teilweise.leider mit Geruchsbelästigung durch das Restaurant im Haus. Leider ohne WLAN welches nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist. Dazu kommt eine sehr schlechte Empfangsstärke für Smartphones im E-Plus Netz. Tolles Restaurant "Unter Deck" unten im Haus mit sehr guter Fischküche !!!

FeWo war im Hochpaterre. Leider musste eine Treppe überwunden werden, da ein Aufzug erst nach dem Treppenabsatz zur Verfügung stand. Einmal kam es zur Geruchsbelästigung des im Haus befindlichen Retsaurants. Sonst war alles ok.

Alles in der Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und gut. Allerdings der Liegekompfort auf den Matratzen ist sehr bescheiden, man könnte sogar sagen sehr schlecht. Da müsste man dringend etwas tun.

Für unseren Kurzurlaub war die Unterkunft top. Preis Leistung stimmte, keine Verzögerungen bei An- und Abreise. Alles lief reibungslos. Alles was wir brauchten war vor Ort. Einrichtung ok. Betten waren sehr gut zum Schlafen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Das Appartment ist mit dunklen Möbeln im Eichenlook etwas bedrückend und postmodern eingerichtet. Klo noch mit Stufe und Sockel. Zwei Kochplatten, die so nah beieinander liegen, dass keine zwei größeren Töpfe/Pfannen nebeneinander passen, fand ich auch nicht so praktikabel. Es gibt auch keinen Backofen. Ansonsten alles da, geräumiger Kühlschrank mit TK Fach, nettes Geschirr und Besteck, Toaster usw. Wir haben den großen Tisch in den Wintergarten-Balkon geschleppt, der auch eine sehr nette Aussicht in einem Kirschbaum hat. Die Matratzen in den Schrankbetten sind sehr bequem. Blöd ist die gigantische Besucherritze. Man braucht auf jeden Fall zwei Spannbettlaken 1x2m. Bett ist nix für Kuschelpaare. Die Nähe zum Strand und der Parkplatz sind unschlagbar praktisch, weil man in Duhnen nirgends halten geschweige denn parken darf. Tipp für junge oder jung gebliebene Paare: am Ende der Straße ist der FKK Strand mit einer Chillout Strandbar, wo man abends “Griechischer Wein“ Schlagermusik und entsprechendem Rentner Publikum entfliehen kann. Bei “El Greco“ kann man hervorragend auf einer Terrasse mit Meerblick essen.
