Amazing location walking distance to Netarts boat launch and beach access. Beautiful views of the bay from the deck and located in a quiet neighborhood. Bonus storage in garage for clamming and crabbing gear. Pet friendly. This is my second stay at the property and my family loves the space.
Main living areas are on 2nd and 3rd floors. No issue for us but may be challenging for older couples or those that need assistance with mobility.

The property is located in a small cul-de-sac and was very quiet.
The tiles floors in the bathroom were very cold. The water temperature control on the upstairs shower was seized up so you couldn't adjust the temperature of the water, which was nearly scalding. The exhaust fan in the bathroom on the main level wasn't working.

Beautiful 3 storey home right near the beach and Schooner pub. Lovely furniture and decor.
The home is not very soundproof if you have babies or infants that need to go down for naps.
