Location. And price
One of the futons was broken. The grill was broken and hard to move from the garage to the deck and the the grease tray was missing. Alot of the outlets didn't work for charging devices

The beach was a walk away and the view was gorgeous.

Location to beach and town activities. The view.
Overall cleaning was ok but the dust and cobwebs were a little much, especially hanging from the ceiling fan. There was many piles of dog poop in the backyard next to the deck.
Also sampoo dispenser nearly shot into my eye because of its location— it DID get in my husbands eyes!
