Horrible, Horrible, Horrible especially the customer service from booking & property owner...

Liked nothing! Completely outdated, falling apart. I have many pictures of the condemned property. I reported this on first day. The host from Vacasa was great, because the barbecue was broken and not usable he was able to have a new grill brought to the house for us to use. Everything was so dirty and unusable, this place needs serious renovations and deep deep cleaning, and most items are uncleanable, and need to be replaced, beds, couches, furniture etc. According to Vacasa they have chronic complaints and have tried addressing these concerns with the property owner. Within 15 minutes of our arrival, while we were trying to enter property, we were approached by neighbors complaining about the yard and overgrowth asking us to address the yard problems we told them we were just renting short term. We ended up leaving the next day since we were able to obtain a different property at our own cost. Property owner and booking.com has refused to offer a refund!

Not cleaned , needs some work done

The location

The house was a mess, it had black mold, the fire place didn't work, the windows were so dirty you didn't want to look thru them, dust everywhere, frontroom carpet is all wrinkled and rolled on edges, I tripped a couple times,the wallpaper is coming off, mouse droppings. Water leaking from upstairs bathroom to bottom floor. I sent you a bunch of pictures. Out of all the houses we've rented from you 5his was the worst. We always used you because how clean they are. Your staff like always were helpful. But there's nothing they could do at this time

Weekend getaway.

The location was great. I liked the design and layout of the house. I would rent this property again.

I didn't like the bathroom doors that slide open and close. They were a disruption for people who were sleeping.

We enjoyed the visiting deer in back yard.

Property needs to be updated. Wallpaper falling off the walls, doors to bathrooms were hard to close, couldn’t figure out how to turn on the upstairs fireplace… I could go on but will stop here.

Big Red worked well for us to have a couple of days at the beach with family. Kids loved the Air hockey.

Big garage with ping pong and air hockey, family room with TV and football. Nice view. Comfortable beds.

Peeling wall paper, stains on carpet, upholstery needs cleaning.

The location was amazing and there were plenty of things in the house to do when we were relaxing and the house was exceptionally clean. The beach was within walking distance and so were a few good restaurants.

The door to the upstairs bathroom was rather difficult to close and didn't lock as well as the single bed bedroom.

The place we like not how it was clean

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom liked it.

The place wasn’t clean we had to call the manger in order to showed what it didn’t got clean. clean under the bed was like it wasn’t vacuum the towels were stained and It had some hairs the living room wasn’t vacuum the kitchen floor felt sticky never sweep or moped. The place is good but the clean service didn’t like. When the manager came she spray some stuff and it start to smell much better. It even had spider webs around the fireplace

Overall our stay was comfortable and everything worked properly in the apartment.

I really liked the size of the home and that it had two full bathrooms. I also really really liked that there was a downstairs game/TV room for the kids.

I didn't like the dated decor, furniture, and appliances. Also, the carpet was white and very stained and noticable. Because of these things I feel I over payed a bit.

We had a WONDERFUL TIME!! The space was great for the 5 of us. Love the 2 beds in one room.

I liked the down stairs space for what we were doing...wrapping Christmas Presents. I liked the privacy of the downstairs bathroom. I liked the handheld shower heads, with little water pressure (but better than most places, I've stayed at), being able to rinse whole body is good.

I didn't like that there is very little room to put shampoo and shower supplies, in both bathrooms. Could use over shower caddy's.

Looking for an opportunity to breathe in the ocean air.

We kind of liked that the house is located near the Ocean. And you can walk on foot while enjoying and exercising. It is also good that there are gaming tables, and where you can spend time in case of bad weather.

Unfortunately, the house was not perfectly clean, there were spider webs in some places. The dishwasher was not empty, as well as some dishes that were not well washed in the shelves. It would be nice to sort and arrange the pots and pans in the cupboard. It's good to have somewhere to cook, but not all the burners worked. The dryer also had bedding inside after someone washed it. It would also be nice to clean the carpet and put in air fresheners to make the smell in the house more pleasant.
