This villa is really spacious and beautiful. It is located in a residential area and a 10min walk to the train station. It is only 10mins to Palma and an hours journey to Palma Nova. The villa is 15 min walk from a local Lidl and a 5 min walk to some lovely restaurants, bars and patisserie’s. The owner off the property was absolutely brilliant at sorting out any issues we had immediately! He was also extremely helpful with letting us know where the local supermarkets and nice places to visit where situated. The villa was so spacious and quirky! The conservatory was amazing we spent most nights here eating in. The restaurant prices are very reasonable and as for a supermarket I would highly recommend Lidl. There is a beautiful beach in Palma that you can go too. All in all we absolutely enjoyed are 12 nights here and we would really like to thank the owner too for his helpfulness and kindness. It was a pleasure staying in your villa and would love to stay again. I would also like to mention the local supermarket, it does amazing cheese, tomatoes and potatoes. We went here quite regularly and the owner was such a pleasant and friendly guy. Lovely place!

We have been here with 6 persons for a couple of days before our cruise.
The house is very spacious and has everything you need. The conservatory is a nice place to sit together. The pool is also very nice, although the water was not perfectly clear.
The owner is very friendly. Also he did not speak German or English, we used an online translator and got everything clarified. He is very active to solve issues super fast. In our case the dishwasher got broken and he came the next day with a craftsman to resolve it.
The location of the house is good: It is located in a living area. There are two supermarkets in a walking distance of 15 minutes. The bakery is and few pubs/restaurants are pretty much around the corner. The railway station has a walking distance of 10-15 minutes and a very good connection to Palma.
