The proximity to downtown Moab was excellent!
Slow WiFi that kept dropping signal, loud upstairs neighbors. Slight miscommunication with late checkout as I received conflicting information and housekeeping showed up an hour early.

Great little flat with a comfortable bed & seating, functional kitchenette and laundry. Easy access from Main St. Great value!
The only negative I noticed was the toilet was loose and needs to be tightened down.

Nice place great location.
Loved everything except the 10am check out. For the price you have to pay to stay here that’s a ridiculous mandatory check out time. For that much money I don’t think it’s right to have housekeeping knocking on your door making you leave so early. Really nice hotels will happily give you a late check out, the Marriott let’s you stay till 2pm. The only places I’ve stayed with such an early mandatory check out time are the low budget type places so seeing how it’s a couple hundred bucks to stay here I feel that’s a little unfair. Other than that I loved the place.
