Lots of blankets and pillows. Easy instructions. Plenty of space.

The master bedroom shower had low water pressure. The TVs were old. The toilets required multiple flushes.

Location was good mainly for winter time activities, but in the spring, a little isolated, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. quiet .

there where a lot of steps / stairs, which can be a little tiring.

Layout was nice and private. Property was very peaceful. The pool & jacuzzi were nice & clean and updated. Safe location.

Bathrooms not functional. Master bathroom toilet not flushing, no water pressure in shower. Shower diverter valve not working. Valve cannot control hot water at all. Miserable cold shower. Tub had large cracks in the bottom allowing for mold to grow underneath. My husband is a plumber so he can easily identify all of these problems. Popcorn ceilings throughout. Everyone knows about the harmful exposure to asbestos. Anytime we were in our unit we had horrible watering eyes & dry cough, & allergies. The room has obviously had smokers in the past even though it says no smoking allowed. Also, in the description of the unit it claims that it’s right by The Village but it clearly is not. It isn’t walkable for everyone. My husband & I both have some physical disabilities and couldn’t lift the impossibly heavy garage door to park our vehicle. And, the description states that we were on the 1st floor of the condo & it doesn’t clarify that there are actually 20 steep stairs to get to the 1sf floor. We come to visit Mammoth every year for the past 45 years and we know the conditions of most places in Mammoth. Yes, they are old & have a certain charm about them. But, this unit is in need of some updating and painting and fixing. Visible mold all over shower doors and framing. The steps in parking garage not clearly marked ti step down every two cars. So dangerous. Also, stepping through door N to get to stairs has a dangerous lip on it that could cause someone to easily trip and get seriously injured.
