The location is within walking distance to most all of the core city and to the ocean.

Walking distance to Manzanita, it was comfortable well equipped with everything needed for simple meals
The duplex is outdated and in need of renovation, but everything worked and for the price, was just fine. It did not have WiFi

Great location plus washer/dryer, full kitchen with basic appliances, and spacious
Blinds were broken facing the street, so I hung up cloth for privacy/safety as a solo traveler. The blinds to the back patio also were broken, and that faced a golf course. The bed has a hump in the middle and parts of the couch sagged. Serious dust bunnies under the bed and couch. Try not to drop anything!
