The deep bathtub was a delightful feature for my youngest daughter, and she certainly preferred it to a standard-sized tub. I also appreciated the convenience of the garage parking and the elevator. Having pots, pans, and utensils available was incredibly helpful. I was very pleased to find a washing machine and dryer. There is an on-site pool and hot tub, although we were unable to use them due to the smoke from the fires and my daughter's asthma.

While the absence of air conditioning was less than ideal for my daughter's and I, as we sleep warmer even in winter months, the weather was manageable, making it bearable.

Location was great! The area is beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen was really nice. Separate bathrooms for kids and adults was great too. The spa was a bit hot for the kids, but felt great for the adults. We liked parking outside since it was June when we were there. The nearest guest parking outside the garage was closer to the unit that going to the elevator/stairs and then the parking spot (but if it’s snowing, obviously garage is nice). Everything is close by. We had a nice time.

The sofa bed is a bit broken. It takes a bit of work to put away. And, the flooring is really dirty. It creates a strange smell. A good cleaning or replacement will make that good as new. They also had an explosion in a house just across from them back in April, so there is tons of glass in the front door area and in the roof area that you can see off the balcony. Just needs someone to come and sweep a bit. But don’t go out barefoot. None of this diminished things for us, but wanted to make note of it for the owners.

sleeper sofa was brown (bent and broken frame with missing springs). also, lots of old food under beds and lots of dust. difficult to heat (old electric floor heaters with thermostats that didn’t seem to operate properly)
