The location. The place was nice
Spas did not work. Paths were unsafe with snow because workers drank beer and smoked in the path while we tried to use handrails to get over the snow covered stairs and paths. Short path to the “ski in ski out” was not cleared until the third day. Maid man did not clean well. There is more, check Vacasa’s website for my full review.
