Great location! Love the fact that there were 2 bathrooms.

The side of the fridge was dirty. Key pad was hard to see. One deck chair was broken.

Property was very clean and neat. Great Views, close to where we needed to be-OC Convention Center.

Kitchen utensils were lacking, 0 flat pans/trays for the oven. 0 condiments / spices. Most expensive condo I have ever rented, & was 2nd smallest. While I do not expect a fully stocked kitchen, basics such as salt & pepper, & some other basic spices have always been in ALL prior rentals. The "Starter Pack" from was insulting, smacks of corporate profit hungriness to be honest. To have to come in from a long drive, travel out of our way to the Vacasa office to retrieve Keys from a lock box at 9pm, then go to the condo. Why couldn't they simply email us the lock code, & leave the parking pass in the unit? This is what 98% of other properties do! Then, to have to search for the starter pack because there is no toilet paper in both bathrooms is ridiculous, inconvenient, & honestly, rude. How would you feel starting a vacation having to search for toilet paper? Honestly, it seems a bit discriminatory, especially to a female that might be experiencing her monthly cycle, to have to do this!!! Beds were hard, I had to go purchase a foam mattress topper to be comfortable. Door lock is a pain. Had to enter the lock code twice EVERY time, once for the deadbolt, & again for the knob lock. YES, we let the lock cycle fully. Honestly, I will NEVER rent a VACASA property again, the whole process made me feel like a number, vs a valued customer. As I stated, Vacasa made it feel like the property owner is more concerned about profit than customer service. We have been searching for a property in OC to book continually every year for our convention, had hoped this was it. It was not. The photos of the property make it seem larger than it is. The outside walkway is barely wide enough for 2 people of average size to pass each other, sideways. 2 wheelchairs can NOT pass each other!! BARELY ADA Compliant. When I go thru Booking.com, I don't expect to have to download a 3rd part app to deal with the property.
