Location was ideal and size of apartment was perfect-good value for what we got

A bit dated and it would have been nice to have a washer & dryer since this is a winter lease for washing ski clothes

Add called it a home or house. it was an Apartment. I could have used better reading light in bedroom (not a complaint just me issue)

Location is fantastic, everything we needed was within 2 blocks. Spa, laundry, pool - everything you need for a great vacation! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, view from the living room window is fantastic.

The closet curtains on the closet in the master bedroom are a terrible hassle. They are coming apart and shouldn't be up there at all. A simple curtain or two would be SO much better!

It was cozy, very homely and it was pretty warm with the freezing temperatures. Spacious and Lots of towels! Toiletries and appliances were all available.

1stly, the address on booking.com was incorrect. It took us into the woods at 10pm in the night and it was horrible!! When I called to complain, the lady I spoke to said they couldn't give me the managers email address but they would get the manager to contact me. Yet here we are, 3 days later and no response. We also had a hired car which was not for driving in the woods so if there are any damages I will be sending it to the manager. Thankfully we found a spot with service so we could call the hotel for them to give us the correct address which we then had to make a uturn on the cliff of the woods around 11pm and took us almost 40 mins to get to the hotel. Very Very Very disappointed! 2ndly, it was dusty. My friends nose got super messed up with the allergies and her nose bleed the whole night 3rdly, the main reason we booked this hotel, was because it was a friends birthday wish to have a hot tub only for is to get there and find it was under renovations so we couldn't access it. So it was okay. It would have been a great experience had we not had a horrible start so unfortunately that messed up everything.
