Property was very clean and beautiful.
The rooms didn’t have a microwave, I had to go all the way to the lobby to warm up food.

I enjoy the breakfast, the comfortable rooms, and spacious bathrooms.
Upon arrival after a 14 hour day of traveling and setting up for the event, I was advised I didn’t have a reservation. I showed my conformation number, and was told I still have a reservation. I felt the desk attendant was very unhelpful and told to call booking.com because I wasn’t in their system and she couldn’t help me. Miraculously my reservation was found after asking to speak to a manager. I was told it wasn’t under my name or the confirmation number. Overall that was very frustrating along with her attitude. Also, I was frustrated to pay parking in a full lot with many truck and trailers. Many times I had to park in the movie theater, so what was my purpose of paying for parking? Also when attempting to book, I tried calling the hotel to get the group pricing and for three days they couldn’t seem to make a reservation and I was repeatedly told to call back. Which was $115 a night. When I finally got through I was told it was over $250 a night. I finally gave up and booked through booking.com for somewhere in the middle. Overall very disappointing.

Ridiculous cost. $75 pet fee upon a tremendous room cost when compared to other places. Highest pet fee ever paid anywhere. Will never go to another Hampton Inn. Period.
