Perfect location for skiing.
The ski lift is just a 5-minute walk away, and we didn’t have to drive anywhere once we arrived.
It’s easy to ski for a couple of hours, pop back to the room for tea to warm up and give your legs a break, then return to the slopes.
A cozy, clean sauna, and it’s okay to add water to the stones for extra steam.
Lots of clean towels.
A decent-sized refrigerator (not the tiny hotel mini-fridge) — everything fit.
The sliding doors don’t close flush, so you can hear a lot from outside/other rooms.
Beds were great, but the pillows were pretty bad.
The coffee in the room is awful—if you’re picky about coffee, definitely bring your own.
Only plastic dishware, and the plates get rough after microwaving (especially where the food sits). We recommend bringing your own if you plan to use the microwave.

Proximity to the slopes. Liked the layout with kitchenette between the bedroom and the living area with pullout couch. The hot tub and pool are also conveniently located off lobby.
Not many restaurants within walking distance. Also, in room coffee is not great. There is coffee for purchase in lobby that is good.

The location is amazing if you want to be close to the slopes and we really liked the updated room. It's nice to have a common area downstairs and access to the pool and hot tub. We also appreciated having the ski valet available.
I wish we could leave the car parked on the last day.

Overall good facilities, nice clean and modern rooms.
Close proximity to Heavenly - fairly short walking distance (even though the walk with skis and ski boots, might still be challenging for some).
Nice hot tub (a bit small though), pool, sauna.
Valet parking had overall good service, but is generally inconvenient, and I would much prefer self parking.
The hotel location is not in the city center or walkable, so you basically need your car for everything.
The cafe for breakfast had limited options and high prices, recommend checking elsewhere.
In general, some better food options in the hotel might be nice.
Our room hasn't been cleaned, though I've stayed only for 2 nights.

It’s clear and pretty quiet during weekdays
That you can’t order coffee in the morning from Tuesday to Thursday
And nothing to order for drinks in the evening- there is a bar on the pictures but it’s not functional

Clean, spacious, good value. Theoretically great location (easy access to slopes) severely compromised by parking logistics.
Forced valet parking with long waits severely complicates the gear management challenges inherent in a ski vacation. Further, the day of checkout you are not allowed to stay parked, so everyone is fighting to get their car at the same time so they can move it the 200 yards to park in the Heavenly lot which hopefully you remembered to reserve. A stressful mess that does not feel like “walk to lift”.

Excellent location for skiing on the California side of Heavenly; you can’t stay any closer. I particularly appreciated the free valet service, which kept our car snow-free and ready to go from 6am to midnight. Clark at the front desk and Mitz in the valet were great.
The room only includes a microwave for cooking. If there was a hot water heater or a hot plate, it would help offset the fact that there is no hotel breakfast and no restaurants within walking distance.

The staff was amazing always so helpful. Our room had a great view of the mountains and was very comfortable. We will keep coming back in the future.

It was away from the main town area, just enough to be quiet and peaceful without being too far to easily get there. The room was fantastic, great amenities, and enjoyed the fireplace.
Nothing. Would happily return.

The suite had the escencials for a long stay….the rooms were big enough and the distribution in general was excellent
Check out timing, I would enjoy to have a lazy morning in bed because of the weather and be out around noon.
And don’t allow any early check in

Set up of room excellent and location too! Gabriel was so helpful in recommending the perfect restaurant and very personable and professional during registration and checkout. He has the perfect personality and attitude that is needed for the hospitality industry that we seldom see anymore. We are proud to be Hilton owners!!!

Lovely hotel in a great location, has recently been renovated and the room was large, modern and extremely comfortable.
Main issue with the property was the mandatory valet parking, it made coming in and out of the property during the day very time consuming, having to wait for 15 minutes to collect your car each time. Also we were put under a lot of pressure to sign up for a two hour timeshare meeting by the concierge after checking in at 9pm, tired from travelling. Those two things just put a negative twist on an otherwise great stay.

Valet service was exceptional.
Could do with a kettle.

The location was a bit far away. Thought I booked at your Hilton on the main street. When we got there to check in the staff was not helpful at all. They just said we were not booked there and offered no other information. Our room was next to a loud game room, full of noice. They started vacuuming the hallway at 8am on a Sunday morning. Not good.
The check out time is 10AM, thats too early. Usual checkout time is 11. They did not want to grant more time and said they would charge us.

The bed and water pressure were the only thing that can be better

The location was fabulous close to everything but not so close that you had to deal with traffic. Our room was very clean and updated and I absolutely love the valet parking.
The only thing I didn’t like was, every time you come and go during the day there’s a concierge that is continuously trying to sell you on going to a timeshare or signing up for a timeshare even if you make it painfully obvious that you’re not interested so it was very annoying having to pass by him all the time and he would regularly ask if we were interested. I don’t like having someone being so pushy. At one point, he even tried to get my son’s to sign up and they’re minors, granted they look like adults but still it was just so annoying.

Fast elevators
Tiny hottub
No info upon check in as to WiFi, hot tub hours, amenities at all, that I had to call to get room cleaned or towels( no one cleaned our room at all the three nights)
Our bedroom window doesn’t lock.
I didn’t like that it’s mandatory valet and no word that that’s how it was in the booking) , yet my pickup was too big for your little garage so they parked it by the dumpsters at night.

The pool, jacuzzi, game room were all top notch. Beautiful lobby and rooms. The valet staff was fast and on top of it!
None of the shampoo, conditioner, lotion bottles were filled. No tissues. I asked the desk to have them filled. They did fill the bottles, but no tissues. Why not?

Awesome location, love the free parking, great value for what we got, everyone was very kind, helpful and friendly, very clean and updated rooms, spacious, super relaxed, feeling.
pretty much a perfect stay, we would love to go back!
Just a couple of cons… Pillows were a little too thick, would have liked some softer pillows. Water pressure is challenging. Probably because it’s on the side of a mountain and it’s hard to get the water there.
8.0 / 10.0
I liked the condition of the room, the amount of pillows, the separate toilet.
I wish hotels had Japanese style bidet toilet seats. I didn't like that the name of this hotel is so similar to the Hilton by the lake that I booked this one by mistake,

Good size room, tv in both sitting, area and bedroom. 2 sinks in bathroom. Coffee in room.
No complementary breakfast. No food except frozen to microwave in your room. That was terrible and expensive. Coffee bar was also expensive.

The room was very clean, and loved having a separate sitting room with couch and TV. Very helpful to have a kitchen area. Every time we needed something they were efficient and helpful. The location was right close to town and Lake.
The bed was pretty comfortable but needed a better selection of pillows.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Free valet was included and the car was always retrieved super quickly. The room was really nice , the bed was comfortable & I liked how environmentally friendly the bathroom amenities were. I really liked the location -- being off the main drag was quiet and peaceful and it was a short drive to get everywhere. Not really super close walking distance to the action, but we didn't need/want that. Also, a very good deal!
Nothing to complain about, but noticed there weren't as many TV channels as there usually are at a hotel.

The property was beautiful and the staff was fantastic. The room was incredible and we loved the design. Having separate rooms was great and loved the kitchen area. Perfect for 2 people.
I would like for there to be a place to eat on-site.
