At the hotel 3rd year in row! Excellent location and good rooms.

Beds were very comfy. Bathroom was well-appointed.

Awkward set up trying to do coffee, get in fridge, etc as it was tucked tightly in an angled nook in the room.

We have used this hotel before and overall we really like the facilities. The property itself is nice, the common areas are well maintained, and the amenities make the stay comfortable for families. The location is convenient and most of the staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

This stay started with a disappointing experience regarding cleanliness. The first room was visibly dusty and did not appear properly cleaned. My son has severe allergies, and within an hour he began having a strong reaction. We requested assistance and were moved to another room, which we appreciated. The gentleman who helped us was kind and professional. However, when I asked the front desk about our options in case we needed to move hotels due to my son’s condition, DENISE was rude and dismissive. As a parent dealing with a health issue, I expected more understanding. That interaction was very disappointing. After that, the rest of the stay was fine, but first impressions matter and experiences like this can impact the overall stay.
