About this villa rental
Villa Olemez designed to suit families and couples alike with stunning mountain and sunset views.
The large private garden and pool area benefits from the sun all day with ample shaded areas for dining and relaxing. Situated in a quiet, chilled out area of Gulpinar, it remains within an easy 12 minute walk to the centre of town with plenty of local shops, bars and restaurants along the way. The nearest restaurant, bar and supermarket is a 5 minute walk. 2 bicycles are provided for guest use. At Villa Olemez you can relax and enjoy family time in a peaceful setting or make the most of what Dalyan has to offer with it's abundance of bars, restaurants, shops and friendly locals, you really can have the best of both worlds!
Lounge:
On entering the property via a spacious terrace, you will come into an open plan lounge/kitchen area with ample dining and seating. The lounge is equipped with an L shaped sofa, smart TV with UK channels including SKY, BBC, ITV and DVD Player and there is a varied selection of DVDs, board games and books. A real wood burning fire is also situated in the lounge for those cooler evenings. A downstairs WC is located just off the lounge and a shaded veranda for enjoying your morning tea/coffee follows on from the kitchen area.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully furnished with gas hob/electric oven, microwave, kettle, Coffee Machine, toaster, juicer, sandwich toaster, water cooler, dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils to make your stay a real home from home.
Bedrooms:
Master bedroom: King bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, bedside tables, en suite bathroom. Ceiling fan & Air Conditioning. Juliet Balcony offering views overlooking the pool, garden & mountains. Full length window fitted with blinds & mosquito screen.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, bedside tables, dressing table , wardrobe, safe, ceiling fan & AC. Juliet Balcony offering views overlooking the pool, garden and mountains . Full length window fitted with blinds & mosquito screen.
Bedroom 3: King Size bed, bedside tables, dressing table, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom & AC. This is a very spacious room in the cooler lower ground part of the villa, accessed by a staircase.
Bedroom 4: Double Bed, walk-in dressing room & AC.
A family bathroom with walk in shower is available for Bedrooms 2 & 4. A further WC is situated on the ground floor.
All rooms are air conditioned and mosquito screens are fitted.
The 1st floor landing provides a joint access to the balcony which is perfect for enjoying a drink at the end of the day, savouring the mountain views and stunning sunsets.
Outside:
The spacious terrace provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining, a large family dining table and comfortable lounge suite overlook the large garden with various fruit trees and private pool. You will also find a traditional stone BBQ for your use,
There is an outdoor pool shower and sun loungers/shades for all guests to enjoy.
Our villa and guests are carefully looked after by our local manager at the long established Kaunos Tours, no question or request is too much trouble, any rare problems encountered will be attended to swiftly. As owners we make our guests comfort and enjoyment a priority and are always happy to assist when needed.
We can organise airport transfers, local trips and/or activities and any shopping you would like for your arrival. Please don't hesitate to contact us for more information.

Honestly don’t think you will find better for the price in Dalyan. Beautiful pool and gardens, comfortable and cool inside with plenty of space for a large family. A little piece of paradise and not forgetting Lucy the cat. Perfect

As another reviewer mentioned this Villa looks even better than the pictures show.
We were met at the airport and brought straight to the Villa, effortlessly easy.
Couple of very minor issues on day one i.e. the safe has been closed and we needed the key to reset it. I emailed Salih and received a response in under 15 minutes, then maintenance arrived within the hour. Fantastic service so many thanks for that.
Pool is large and the garden and outdoor area are perfect- you can always find sun and shade.
Villa is brilliantly well equipped, from games to books, washing up liquid to beach towels. There are also plastic glasses for use outside.
Minor gripe is that the air con in one bedroom is on a sensor, if you don’t move about much it shuts down and meant that the room became hot and stuffy.
Quick 10 minute walk into town, would recommend The Lemon Tree and Olive Garden for evening meals.
There is a villa cat called Lucy, she is not allowed inside the villa. I have to say we are dog people and not cat people but she won us over and is the most adorable, affectionate cat. Doesn’t cause any bother and loves a packet of cat food or leftover steak from a meal!
This was our second holiday in Dalyan and if we return, we would book here again.
