Very comfortable. Great beds, fresh and clean. Robert, Xavier and Sean were exceptional. They were amazing helping us with our issue and nothing was too much trouble. We loved it so much we booked it for our last few days. Location is great for Universal studios and a great base for many of the things we wanted to see. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and we all felt very safe. Thank you the 3 musketeers!

The location was great. The hotel was near universal studios and close to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and the staff were pleasant.

How close it was to universal. Upon check out Xavier was a complete gentleman and very professional.
I was under the impression that I was gonna stay in one of the cottage like hotel rooms which are in the front but we were given rooms on a different lot and offered rooms all the way to the back of the hotel. I have never had to email my booking to a hotel ever except for this time, very off putting.
