Good area in Studio City, close to a lot of places we were going to (especially Universal Studios). Staff was good and liked the surrounding yummy food area that was walkable. Free parking, which is for some reason becoming rare in LA hotels.
For some reason the booking was cancelled, but I didn’t see that email alert that evening and spoke on the phone with the owner when our plane landed (the car rental company ran us late to midnight). He stayed up late to let us in so despite that confusion of cancelling, we were grateful to still get our room and after we arrived everything was smooth and nice.

The location was excellent, but most of all I think that the staff was the most helpful. They were willing to work with us so we could check in early and enjoy the event we were there to attend. I'd highly recommend it.
Not much that we didn't like as the staff was very accommodating for our plans.

How close it was to universal. Upon check out Xavier was a complete gentleman and very professional.
I was under the impression that I was gonna stay in one of the cottage like hotel rooms which are in the front but we were given rooms on a different lot and offered rooms all the way to the back of the hotel. I have never had to email my booking to a hotel ever except for this time, very off putting.
