It was at a convenient location but exceptionally peaceful.

The hotel had very nice amenities and was aesthetically pleasing. The staff was helpful and friendly. We loved booking excursions through the concierge services, and our gorgeous catamaran sunset cruise even departed from Perry Marina.
We used the shuttle daily, which was a key reason why we felt comfortable booking on Stock Island. There were a few times when driver shortages delayed our departure from the hotel, which almost caused us to miss our reservation for dinner and excursions from Key West. Otherwise, all was great!

I spent most of my time there in the pool and at the bar when at the hotel. The food from the restaurant was also very good and it made it easy to grab food downstairs versus going out.

They put us in the oldest part of the hotel. The prices in Matt's went up so much it was not affordable anymore. There was no wait service at the pool for drinks as in the past. The Concierge was unprofessional when confronted with a question.
