Clean pool on a timer so it cleans itself everyday. Big rooms. Two bathrooms. Boris takes pride in the home and it shows. Very friendly neighbor.

Boris was a little scary. He acted odd at me and the two teen girls with me. He "likes girls". Friendly until I said my husband was flying in for the last couple nights of our stay. Then made me pay him cash right then and wouldn't leave. We left to Publix so he would leave. Just odd. We stayed back in May 2023 and I waited to review so I would not be as negative. There were a couple bugs in the kitchen so we kept our food in the nice fridge. It is Florida after all.

Beds and couch were uncomfortable. When we booked we read and read and no where did it say we had to pay to heat the pool and the caption for the house said heated pool. This is our 3rd house we’ve rented in Florida and first time we had to pay to heat pool. We read the bookings very closely as some do charge. We stayed for 5 weeks and had friends stay with us 2 nights and Boris Icharged each person $25 a night. I have never had a charge or been charged before when friends/family stayed with us or us stay with them for a couple nights. We were told the pool would be clean every Friday. Did not happen. I understand Boris has health issues and I feel bad for him but if he can’t clean the house or pool as should be he needs to hire someone.
