It was cute, easy drive to downtown and Miller Ferry. Right across the street from the airport so loved watching the planes and helicopters take off! Very clean. We didn't utilize the pool but it looked very nice and clean.
We never could get connected to the wifi and even had trouble using data. TV cut out a few times because of weak signal. We had some issues with the toilet in our bathroom. Staff was quick and friendly when dealing with the issue. However, it was not completely resolved as we started to have problems with it again. There was no staff in the office for hours so we had to take care of the problem ourselves. Showers have little water and low pressure.

The only suggestions we would have would be a better quality mattress & an option of a thicker comforter

Don't order your golf cart off of their website. I got the email confirmation that we were charged $50. And got the credit card statement we got charged a week before our stay, no big deal we wanted to prepay as much as we could. When we got there they asked for our card again for the golf cart, and charged us again... so we called and they said they never charged us on their website. So I supposed to email confirmation, and credit card statements were false.... never again will I stay here.
