Beds and furniture was very comfortable; kitchen was well equipped and staff at the front desk was always super friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were clean and perfect temperatures. And the lounge area was really comfortable as well.

Turns out I am really spoiled when it comes to central air (a/c) and we did miss that on the hot days/nights; the ceiling fans were very low; location was further away from dining and activities than I'd ideal wish for, but if you're looking for ski-in / ski-out this would be phenomenal.

Location was wonderful with easy access from the city center.

The pictures of the kitchen and dining room which were used to advertise the property were from another unit. In particular the kitchen was spartan compared to the photo. We were not notified in advance that construction in parts of the building was incomplete, e.g. the floors of the lobby and elevator were still protected by plastic sheeting. The daily maid service was suspended due to the virus but there was no advance notification nor a corresponding rate reduction. Furnishing was adequate, but spartan given the daily rate (e.g. no reading lamp near the leather overstuffed chair in the living room). Overall, the unit was offered for rental too soon.
