Pool was well maintained, breakfast was great, price was very expensive, I think that places price gouge on the weekends.

Not what we expected from holiday in express.

The staff was helpful and willing to make ammends when things weren't as they should be.

The room was not ready for us when we arrived. They had left a major machine running in it. The facility was full so they couldn't move us. What seemed like carpet cleaning left a strange smell. The staff was very sorry and willing to work with us. They had us move the next day but it took a long time. The place seems understaffed.

Good location, currently under renovations…

Decided on this particular hotel due to it’s location. It’s right on the border state line with Oklahoma. Had nice views as well. Room was clean and smelled fresh.

During my stay there was apparently construction/renovations within the hotel and a large summer camp group staying, which constantly disrupted my sleep and limited rest. The front desk clerk wasn’t very understanding about it either so just be aware you may not sleep/rest during your stay. I would have appreciated the hotel alerting guests that there was construction going on and what working hours allowed so I could have planned accordingly if possible. Also to notify large groups of quiet hours & actually supervise minors so they’re respectful of other guests. (No running in the hallways, yelling/screaming in the middle of the night.)

-Rooms were not ready a check in. :( -Construction workers were a little sketchy. One even went into a girls room “accidentally” thinking it was his room…. Not sure how he still had a key….a little scary

Short Visit to Siloam to check on family farm

It is in a good location for my needs. The room assigned, 200, worked well for me due to my pet. It was right by the stairs to the first floor. Good breakfast bar too. Coffee though was not very good.

The 18 wheelers in the parking lot could have turned their engines off at night. Very noisy throughout the night.

Everything was in perfect working order. Nothing broken, torn or missing. Beds were very comfortable, great desk to work on and a nice sofa area to relax.

Poop (from dog?)smear stayed on floor in lobby for two days. Stain on a sofa in lobby not attended to.

Everything about the hotel was great. The staff and the cleanliness was wonderful. Great location too. Easy check in and really happy with there only being a $25 hold for the room.
