The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was great.
Our room was nicer than I expected sometimes pictures don’t always match the room when you get there but it was very clean and nice.
The ac worked very well it was sometimes to cold so we had to turn it up which isn’t a bad thing at all better than being hot.
The only thing I didn’t like was our room was right next to the highway so we had a little traffic noise but it wasn’t intolerable.

We enjoyed the free breakfast. We liked the leisurely feel of the property. We liked that it was within walking distance of some restaurants.
We were a little surprised that we were not thanked for being gold elite members. Usually we get some kind of a token gift. We had to ask for that and we’re told that usually they don’t give it to members of our status. Every other place we’ve been to, however, did thank us and gave us some kind of a little thing. Other than that, the staff was kind and welcoming.

Staff was fast and it smelled clean when we walked in
Room smelled like cigarettes it was also loud with trains, and ambulances going by it felt like the window was open
