The charms of the mountains, hiking, paragliding, canyoning, skiing ... Rental in CADEILHAN TRACHERE, in the heart of the Aure Valley in the PYRENEES, near the Louron valley and Spain, small mountain village overlooking Saint Lary -Soulan (1km).
T4 / 5 house of 120 m2 cozy and very comfortable, bright with chalet-style decor (non-smoking) with fireplace. Ideal for family or 2 couples with children or spa guests wanting to ski or hike.
Large peaceful garden with terrace + outdoor BQ, large garden table and garden furniture.
Exceptional view: no vis-à-vis, breathtaking view of the mountains.
Possibility to park in front of the house. Many walks from the house without taking the car. St lary-soulan is 1 km away.
-Living / dining room with extending table that can accommodate 10 people. Fireplace, library, pellet stove, HI FI, TV, internet.
- spacious open kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, gas oven, microwave, coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle - toaster - fridge with freezer - dishes ...
-6/7 beds upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 with balcony (two double beds -two single beds -1 extra bed on casters)
-2 Bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub)
2 separate toilets (one on the ground floor and the other upstairs)
-Independent space to store ski and mountain equipment.
-Electric heating.
-Possibility of providing bed linen and towels for € 150. Maintenance products provided.
- price reduction from the 3rd week of rental.

My husband and I spent two wonderful weeks in Cadeilhan-Trachère, just above Saint-Lary-Soulan. The house was very clean and well equipped, exactly as presented in the description and photos. We greatly enjoyed relaxing on the patio with the beautiful views of the mountains. M. and Mme. Caillavet were extremely welcoming and provided information on nearby hikes and restaurants. Really enjoyed getting to know them. Would recommend the house.

Maison agréable décorée avec soin, très bien équipée et qui jouit d'une parfaite exposition plein sud. Nous avons ainsi pu déjeuner dehors tous les midis de cette première semaine des vacances de février 2022 et prendre quelques bains de soleil. Une petite précision non mentionnée dans l'annonce, il faut prévoir un supplément pour la consommation électrique et les granulés du poêle. Excellents contacts avec la propriétaire.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.
La maison est très agréable, confortable, joliment décorée et très bien équipée. Le jardin est plaisant et calme avec vue sur les montagnes. Nous remercions Mme Caillavet pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et ses bons conseils.
Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Nous avons passé dix jours délicieux dans la maison de Mme Caillavet qui nous a très bien accueillis (malgré notre retard à l'arrivée !). La maison est bien équipée, le jardin est charmant et surtout les randonnées autour de Saint Lary sont plus belles les unes que les autres, impossible de s'en lasser. Nous avons des souvenirs pour l'année !
