The floor covering is a bit dark appears to be old. The location is such, it was difficult to exit by left turn.

Staff were pleasant. I tried 4 times to connect WiFi and it did not work for me.

I felt safe there. It was quiet. Bed was comfortable . Air conditioning worked . It’s close to where my daughter lives so I will stay there again .

The breakfast items offered were sugary and carb heavy . Plain yogurt would be a nice option . Gluten free option would be nice. Small bags of nuts would be a good protein since eggs were not available.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room was clean. Great value for your stay

It was fine, and served it's overnight purpose.

The room was big, the price was right, and it was clean. It had faux hardwood floors, an updated vanity area, and the parking was free. The lobby area was cute with nice seating areas. The bed was comfy. It was perfect for an overnight stay after a nearby party. I wouldn't stay there longer than that.

The curtains need to be replaced, they were full of tears. There was garbage sitting outside of one of the rooms when I arrived at 2pm; it was still there when I left at 8:30am the next morning. I think the comp breakfast could have been better. It was bananas, apples, coffee, and the pastries didn't look that appetizing. I skipped everything except the coffee.

It’s convenient and around all restaurants, but receptionists was rude and had a attitude.

Really not much. Its not a awful hotel but they just need to be nicer and cleaner. The stay was not bad .

Breakfast was just bread and capri sun juice. The hot tub was super cold. The front desk reception was rude. The room had blood splattered on the walls. Saw a cockroach.

Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. A literal dump!!!

The pool.

The outlets were broken. Half the lights did not work. The toilet clogged and they did not even have a plunger to use till 12 hours later. The handicap chair was insecure. The shower looked dirty as well as part of the trim on the floor was completely missing and a black hole was showing. No luck on the bathroom door.

Room is old but very clear. Room size is good, big enough. The sound prevention is not good. You will hear the toilet running in the mid night. Shower facility need to be replaced. There is microwave and coffee maker

Break first is so so, not very good. Donuts boil eggs and fruit for every day. Miss one room clean service for a day.

Dont come for the Pool/Jacuzzi

Nice staff.

On the description of the hotel it stated it had a Jacuzzi and pool available. Upon arriving and checking in there was a sign posted saying the "Jacuzzi is closed," and the pool was covered in a film of dirt. I asked the front desk and Booking.com for a refund (specifically choosing this hotel for that benefit) neither one was able to give me an answer. I understand Rocio from Booking.com has to follow a policy but it leaves the customer sqrewed on both ends.

I stayed in a nonsmoking room, unfortunately there were people smoking outside my room which you can smell through the vents.
