Close to beach. Very artfully decorated.
No grab bars or non-slip pads in tub/shower. Steps from deck were slippery in rain. No instructions like with most rentals...such as how to change the thermostat, which bin outside is for trash and which for recycles.

But over all everyone else we meet was very nice! And we had a lot of privacy no problem other then Karen next door...we will be coming back to ami just in a different neighborhood....
We did enjoy our stay at the tree house. The only problem we had was the Karen next door....she was very rude not friendly at all and that's sad when you have your kids with you and they ask mom why don't that lady like us...so because of the Karen problem my kids was walking on eggshells...not cool at all she threatened to call the police on us for talking after 9pm just sad...oh and the one shower was not enough for us to share..but it is a beautiful place to visit 😊
