The food was excellent and the lodge had wonderful amenities. The common spaces were very confortable. The staff was more than accommodating and were happy to provide tips for outings. The lodge was a bit off the beaten path in a quiet location.

We loved this lodge! The staff were helpful and the breakfasts were amazing. They had so many things that you could just use like coolers, walking sticks and bear spray. We loved to sit outside on the porch and enjoyed the hot tub. Our rooms were clean and beds and pillows comfortable.

It was altogether awesome. We were blown away by our experience, starting with the thoughtfulness of the owner and staff. The staff were engaging and accommodating and helpful. And oh my gosh, can they prepare and serve a breakfast. The owner has thought of everything - the snacks, the beer and wine in the fridge, the fresh water in the rooms, the beautiful furnishings, the gloves (my husband bought a pair) and backpacks and shirts, the bathrobes, the check-in, the noon checkout. Every part of our experience has felt like theuy considered what might be nice and then went beyond it.

Beautiful property, well appointed room, excellent view of the mountains, comfortable beds, friendly staff, wonderful location but most importantly felt like home immediately. Delicious snacks, homemade cookies or cupcakes every day! Wine, beer, cheese, crackers, various drinks in the fridge & healthy fresh appetizers. Shayla & Megan serve up a gourmet breakfast every morning. Always a new menu to look forward to. They also gave us such good information for things to do & see. Thank you!♥️

This is by far the best bed and breakfast we've ever stayed at. The on site employee, Shayla, was fantastic. The amenities were perfect and well thought out.

Hidden gem in Whitefish

The whole lodge was very clean and cozy. The guests really feel welcomed with complimentary homemade cookies, drinks, nutritional bars, coffee, granola bars, cooked to order healthy hot breakfast, etc.

A Montana Gem!

Conveniently located. Walkable to the beautiful City Beach on Whitefish Lake, the cute downtown, several really good restaurants and a brew pub next door. The lodge was so comfortable and the most thoughtfully appointed place I’ve ever stayed. The staff were warm and welcoming and helpful and kind— more like staying with good friends! The beds and rooms were very comfortable. Gourmet hot cooked breakfast in the morning with herbs from the garden — everything homemade. Snacks and drinks in the afternoon were much appreciated as well. This property is a total gem. On one hand I don’t want anyone to know about it but on the other, everyone should stay here at least once in their life!

Super hotel with the perfect staff and breakfast

Great staff! The two ladies gave us the feeling that we are at Home and not in a Hotel. Never had such a personal touch in a Hotel. Whatever we asked, we got a super Information and perfect recommendation what we can visit. The breakfast was each morning a highlight. Each day totally different, but each day brilliant.

A lovely, friendly place to stay, but you will need a vehicle reservation for Glacier NP

The innkeepers were really helpful and friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was very good and all the added extras (fridge of cold drinks, hot drinks, snacks and homemade biscuits and cake), were lovely touches. The lodge is situated within walking distance of Whitefish town centre.

Although our room was adequate, it was classed as a deluxe king room, so we were expecting more. We felt it was small and other than one hard wooden chair, there was nowhere to sit. Having said that, there were two public lounges in the lodge. For your future guests booking through Booking.com (or at least not via your website) it would be REALLY helpful when accepting the booking, that you advise that vehicle reservations are needed for Glacier NP. This was the reason we booked our trip and had no idea until a month before when we started our itinerary planning and looked at your website, that these were needed. If we’d known at the time of booking, we could have purchased them when the 120 day window was open, rather than the panic and scramble at 7pm the night before. We were lucky but we heard others were not. I’m sure future guests would really appreciate this.

The owners of the lodge went above and beyond to provide a fantastic stay. Delicious food, amazing coffee, and a welcoming communal vibe. We really loved our stay. It felt like an exceptional deal for the cost. For those coming in the wintertime to ski—the lodge is located right next to a Snow Bus pickup which was free and insanely convenient. You'll be on the slopes in 20 minutes from door to mountain.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff was super friendly. The beds were very comfy. The appetizers were delicious. The location was very close to downtown so it was an easy walk. The staff was a lot of help with picking out a ski rental shop and what lifts to use and runs to take at the ski area.

One of the best weekend getaways we’ve ever had!

Ryan and Sara (owners) and the staff were very personable and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The food is extraordinary!!! Everything is made on site (bread, pastries, cookies, jams). TRULY TOP NOTCH! We will definitely be back.
