Really close to Sequia national park and lake Kaweah. Awesome place to stay if you want to be near outdoor activities.
Yes, there was a mouse out on the patio, but it’s the middle of the wild. I think that is normal for a place so secluded in the wilderness. Not a dislike more just something to think about for other renters.

the place is nice and it has a great view. great value, and it has fully stacked kitchen, rooms, and bathrooms. the place is clean and close to sequoias national park. perfect distance from the entrance to the park.
what i did not like is the fact that the place is advertised for 12 people and it is not. We were a group of 11 people total (3 kids were in that group). we did not have enough beds for everyone. we ended up sleeping on the couch to make it up. This is a place for 6 adults and 3 kids only, nothing else. Also, it is not advertised that the road to get to the cabin is in horrible shape. You need a 4x4 vehicle to get up there. we all had a very hard time making it up there with a regular 2x4 car. The sandy road was very wet due to the rains and there is no concrete or anything to make that road a bit better. We were very closed to having a fatal accident just making it up there. Finally, the garage did not work, so that made the experience not the best. I loved the place and the views, and i would love to be back there, but if the road is not improved, I am not coming back.

The road going up to the property. Needs to be reinforced. Pouring some Base around. The curve and investing in some treated wood on sides to contain would be great …

The location is excellent, and the room and terrace are very spacious. The TV is adjustable, making it ideal for group travel.
Firstly, many of the power outlets didn't work. The bedside outlets were sealed off, and the ones that weren't sealed still had no power. We had to charge our devices in the living room, which was very inconvenient. Secondly, there wasn't enough toilet paper; there was only one roll of kitchen paper for five people for four days. They didn't respond to our messages on the third morning, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the road leading to the house was very difficult to drive on, with many potholes.
