The staff was exceptional. Mr. Andre Wright, the General Manager, and Ms. Raiza De Leon, the Assistant General Manager. They offered impeccable customer service. Andre was very welcoming and greeted me immediately when I arrived. Andre answered any questions that I had. Raiza, same thing, she was very kind and made me feel at home.
Admittedly, I cannot think of anything that I did not like. It was a great stay, and I plan to return.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was very close to the airport, and they even arranged our complimentary airport transfer via Uber. There is a Starbucks right next door, along with several restaurants, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a great stay and were very satisfied with our experience.

The rooms and the bar and seating areas were very nice.
I didn’t like that there wasn’t actually airport shuttling or complimentary breakfast which were major selling points. It’s was misleading
