Parking. If you’re a centimeter on the white line in the parking garage they give you a warning then a ticket. On the line not over it on it.

Loved the room and the location. My family was staying in a condo that was a 6 minute walk away. So that was nice.

The security guards there at night or a bunch of smart asses y'all need to fire both those guys the little skinny guy is the biggest smart-ass I've ever dealt with in my life. I will not stay there again if he still works there. Because he thinks that he's better than everybody talks down to people. And he is very rude to the paying customers. I don't know what his name is but he works at night, he's real skinny and kind of goofy looking. I would love to hear back from you guys so I can explain it to you in more thorough detail. The staff in the customer service. I arrive to no parking pass in my packet. The security staff acted like it was my problem and told me I needed to park in the overflow. It took two hours on the phone with customer service to get it resolved. Then after hanging my parking pass in my vehicle I still got a warning placed on my vehicle for no parking pass. No extra blankets in unit and the tub was so badly damaged that water with pool in the bottom of it leaving sand and the tub that would not drain
