Breakfast was good. Staff were very nice. Hotel overall was good. Price and location were great.
The pool was a ice box. 30mins was all more my 10yr old daughter and myself could stand. Beds were too soft for my personal preference. But no hotel bed ever feels like home, so is what it is. Bathroom needs a little touchup but nothing crazy.

We did have to change rooms, or someone in our group did. The room had a musty smell, but the staff made it right immediately and the second room was perfect.

Location
Staff was not accommodating. They are stuck in their own world and not willing to, at least, listen and show concern for the need of a customer. No management was available for the customers to speak with and about individual needs. This was the first time in 50 years a hotel refused to provide a receipt for my payment. I left with no receipt and now I cannot file it with my company to receive a refund for my trip.
