About this apartment rental
Cozy apartment (renovated at the end of 2018) with terrace facing the Sea-Lagoon, in the Costa Serena Village (in the pristine promontory between Porto Rafael and Porto Pollo) where wide sandy beaches alternate with coves with crystal clear waters and breathtaking views, rocks, granite sculptures rose and in the background the islands of the Maddalena archipelago.
Your apartment consists of a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (one of which is in a loft with a roof window) and a bathroom (redone in 2018). Outside, a large terrace overlooking the sea / lagoon, perfect for sunset dinners, perhaps with a glass of Sardinian wine.
Its position of the apartment is ideal: The village swimming pool, a supermarket and some restaurants are just a few minutes walk away and the village beach, just 150 meters from the driveway, is perfect for a relaxing holiday with your family or friends. A few minutes walk you can reach the wonderful Cala Scilla and the natural pools. The Village is also equipped with a shared tennis court and 2 swimming pools, including 1 for children (open during the summer) both for a fee. Finally Porto Pollo, Porto Rafael and the center of Palau a few minutes by car. Private parking is available in (Place A 20). Pets are allowed (on request, for a fee). Next to the beach there is also a pontoon for boats, also for the rental of a dinghy. With day trips (sailing or motor) from the Port of Palau you can reach the Maddalena islands, Caprera, Spargi, Budelli and Corsica (ferry from Santa Teresa di Gallura). finally, a few minutes by car, you can reach the Costa Smeralda and Porto Pollo (Kitesurfing and Windsurfing spots).

Very Nice flat! It was everything in it what we needed! The dishes and the furniture is very Special (positiv!!) The Balkony is lovely! We enjoyed Dinner on it every evening!
The support was great! We traveled with our little son (2 years) and Frannie put, only for our little one, a Baby-bed into the flat!
We Love to Ride with our bikes to the surf Spot Isola Gabiani -only 2,8 km away. (Perfect!!)
At the Time we were there all restaurants and Shops of the „AHR costa Serena village“ wereclosed due to the fact that it was „pre-Season“ -we enjoyed the silence and space!

we loved to stay in Francescos Appartement for the second time. Its located in a very quiet area with lots of surrounding nature.For us as a family with 2 children (7 and 11 yrs) we enjoyed the surrounding little bays for snorkeling. I went windsurfing in the near surf station at Porto Pollo which is a beautiful bay with lots of wind. We also enjoyed the different beaches nearby. The tennis court in the resort was also good fun in the evenings.The little shop and a pizzeria in the center is very handy so close by. We will sure recommend it to anyone who loves quiet nature. Communication with Francesco was always quick and easy, he is very helpful in any question. We would go back again any time! Thanks for everything Francesco!

Francescos appartement is located in beautiful surrounding nature, which explains the tranquility. The appartement was big enough for us four, and we enjoyed staying in the balcony. We enjoyed the near-by beaches with snorkeling, windsurfing and further out we visited islands with cristal clear water with a rented motorboat. In the resort we enjoyed several times swimming in the pool or in cooler evenings tennis on one of the 2 courts. We also appreciated the little shop for groceries and fresh bread in the mornings, or the Pizzeria in the little center. The whole family liked to stay in Costa Serena. We will sure come back, it was just perfect!Thanks for everything, Francesco!

The communication with Frannie went very well beforehand until we were there and noticed that we couldn't close the front door. We also couldn't use the rain shower and asked Frannie these questions. 2 days later he wrote back. How we change the shower to the rain shower, we found out until then ourselves. To the not lockable entrance door he wrote then, he would repair this after our stay. Then we always put a suitcase in front of the door. We didn't like that. Otherwise the apartment is really small, much too small for 6 adults. For us two ok. The couch in the living room is not really a couch, because the mattress is missing and therefore it war hard like stone.
The dishes and the pots were not clean and we had to wash everything before. Nevertheless everything what one needs was available.
Frannie's recommendations, especially those of the restuarant Cucumiao, were fabulous and we can recommend them to others.
Since we were on the road most of the time and were only in the apartment in the evening, it was ok.
