The location is simply excellent, the room has everything, there is a washing machine and dryer. Very nice employees

Apartment was clean and light. Good location close enough to Ocean Drive and the nightlife but not too close and the area was quiet and relaxed. Staff were super friendly
Washer / Dryer was broken which was a major disappointment as we had been travelling for several days and wanted to do laundry. The Hotel could not get it fixed but they did offer a laundry service to us (for free) which was great but we had wanted to do this ourselves. A new room was offered to us but only on our 3rd day and that would have meant relocating all of our stuff, so it would have been nice if that was offered straight away

The property was clean and the staff were very helpful
The TV’s in both the living area and the bedroom weren’t working.
Tried to call down to reception to get this sorted and ended up through to an automated system and they never got fixed.

Great location and modern design
TV didn’t work. They placed the housekeepers in the unit next to ours and they kept going in and out slamming the door every time. Noisy.
