Cozy, clean, easy access to the center of Douglas and Saugatuck. The hot tub was an unexpected pleasure accessible all day. The chairs behind the room offered a welcome respite from the day.
It is small but well laid out and compact. Still, as seniors moving around the room was tight.

Didn't like they have changed a few policies. Even with a expensive price including a cleaning charge they expect you to strip the bed and take the trash out. Also, they charge an additional $100 charge for incidentally that i am still waiting on the refund.

Location was great. The self check in worked easily. They communicated well in advance of arrival with check-in and check-out procedures. The hot tub and out door areas were nicely kept up and inviting.
