that check in and check out was very easy no issues at all and the staff was wonderful

the lighting in the room wasnt very bright

Location, great breakfast, excellent staff and overall well lit and felt safe.

The only negative thing I have about the property is that I woke up and had little what I believe are bite marks on my body from maybe bedbugs, although cannot confirm.

Breakfast was okay. The “make your own” waffles were the only decent thing.

I originally reserved a two bed/queen room for my family. We were moved into a one bed/king with sleeper sofa because of other groups for Springbreak. Even though I reserved ahead of time, we were still given a totally different room. The quality of the sleeper sofa was not good. There was not additional blankets provided, they had to be requested. And even then, we were expected to pickup the blankets from the desk. The bathroom sink was leaking water. And the elevators weren’t working properly. It was a hassle to go downstairs every time we needed to go somewhere. This time around, our stay was disappointing.
