Accommodating staff, let me check in early. Held my bags while I went hiking. Great facilities and a great café. Very quiet with pool and hot tub. Also I was able to easily schedule the Leavenworth Shuttle to the trailheads of the Enchantments. The walk back from Snowlakes is fast and easy to the Sleeping Lady.

We loved the accommodations, especially where we were saying in the Rookery bunk house! We’d love to make this an annual trip for our family.
The Grotto was not open when we were there 🙁

We had dinner at Kingfisher, was delicious and staff was very helpful and kind (we have two younger kids), everyone I met on the staff was nice. Check in person was great. Pool was very nice and had toys there. Beautiful grounds and buildings. We didn't get to spend time walking the paths but what we saw was beautiful.
Would have liked to stay longer.
