Nice, quiet. The cabin was super cute and comfortable. The mattress was the most comfortable away from home mattress I’ve ever slept on.
There were a couple maintenance issues. There was one flaw, the shower curtain had to be exactly perfect or water would get all over the floor.

This place is amazing! It feels very remote, yet it is only 3 miles off I-90. Beautiful and peaceful setting! We stopped here en route to my daughter’s wedding in the Grand Tetons, but I wish we knew about Homestake Lodge when looking for a place for a wedding. Would be a fantastic spot for a small wedding.

Location, views, owners were incredibly responsive and helpful with directions to the cabin, as it is a bit off the beaten path- but easy to get to.
It didn’t present a problem for us, but the distance from the parking area to the cabin is gravel and a bit of an incline. For travelers with large bags or disabilities it could be an issue.
