All Staff was very polite (Reception, housekeeping, breakfast staff). Clean rooms and facilities.

Bed uncomfortable and the bedding was Loyd when moving around in bed. Noise control on the floors. People above and on the same floor making way to much noise after midnight.

Perfectly located for my weekend activities. Staff was outstanding.

Breakfast was okay. Typical of a free hotel Breakfast.

The "roll-in shower"'for an ADA room was okay. Needed a skid-free mat, which was not provided. Also, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was unreachable from the ADA chair. Hyatt should ask somebody who actually needs an ADA shower how to organize them. Talk to your customers!

I enjoyed my stay, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is amazing, right in Legacy Village near shopping stores, restaurants, and the Giant Eagle supermarket. The room was good with a nice sitting area, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Staff was friendly

Website said they had a 24 hour restaurant. Other than location, this was the reason I chose this hotel. I travel alone and once I'm in my hotel I don't want to leave to get lunch, dinner, or breakfast, for safety. I stayed Sunday night and apparently the restaurant is closed on sundays and mondays. So unfortunately I ended up not eating at all until their free breakfast the next morning, which was not very good. I'd rather have purchased a decent meal.

The breakfast was very nice - great extra to have included in the rate.

The sausage selection and powdered eggs weren't so great, but without things cooked to order I can understand why. But everything the sausages were all pale gray - it would have been nice to have them at least a little brown like they had been cooked in a skillet.

Front desk staff seems nice but not familiar with the computer system

The front desk staff charged the fee to the other guest's credit card even after I requested to double check it's the correct credit card. She believed that the best way to comfirm is to go ahead and charge it, then print guests the receipt, and asked us to check the last 4 digits of the credit card on the receipt. Of course, it was the wrong card! she said now she just charged the fee, she cannot change payment info. It's not a big deal, but I wish she could check the payment info on file since we requested. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get reimbursement processed by the business...

We had a good time and my kids loved the hotel.

It was nice overall. It was nice to have access to the breakfast area later in the day. Use the microwave and have dinner there without bringing that food to our rooms. The place was clean and calm.

It was nice overall. My only complaint was the breakfast. Many items missing, example they had no cream cheese, no boiled eggs, no butter, only honey and fruit jelly.. and so many more. When they say breakfast is available at 7, the food should be ready at 7 not start cooking their breakfast at 7. We were short in time and that was an issue. Also, there was no Q tips or shower cap in our bathroom.

Great hot breakfast, spacious comfortable room, 24 hour fitness center. Enjoyed swimming in the the indoor pool.
