The clerk was a male when we check in was very rude. He told me if I wanted clean towels I would have to wash their towels or turn the dirty ones in pay $15 and he would give me clean ones. We needed a broom to sweep our room so I asked housekeeping could I used hers and she said that I would have to go to the front office and pay $10 or go buy my on. Even though it says housekeeping is included. They have roaches and pest control was supposed to come on October 2nd and October 6th. But they never showed up. We have left. So if you are looking for a place to stay that will charge you for everything even the wifi then this is the place to be. I will never stay at WoodSprings Suites Fort Worth Fossil Creek.

Carpet dirty in the halls. Room carried a smell that never went away. Bumping noise throughout the whole day and night couldnt tell it was next door or above. Smell weed all the time in hall and when you walk out. Rooms are small and stripped basic for it to be an "extended stay". Hotel/motel rooms have more other than the stove top and FULL fridge. It is a place to stay for a lil bit cheaper though if you fine with all the rest
