Spotless, very quiet (3rd floor room). My second stay at "My Place" in Loveland, Colorado. Haven't been disappointed either stay. Best, cost-effective deal in the area. Fort Collins hotels were charging x3 for lesser accommodations.
There is nothing to be concerned about, no complaints.

Manager was nice. Overpriced rooms
Left personal belongings and never received them back after calling the manager. Poor customer service
