The room was surprisingly nice. There was a microwave and mini fridge. The place is clearly older, but the room was not bad. No breakfast, but a great diner next door and lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance.
The office people were not particularly friendly. We got there at about 2:50 and there was a sign saying we couldn't check in until three, so the door was locked. The shower/tub were older and the shower head was really low. There was no breakfast. I would have given it much better reviews overall if they hadn't charged us 3x more than they charged the month earlier.

The location was great; only a few minutes from Arches National Park. The room was a good size.
For whatever reason, I did not sleep well here. I didn't find the bed or pillows comfortable (my husband was fine). We were unable to get a room on the ground floor and had to haul all of our stuff (on a longish road trip) up the long metal stairs to the 2nd floor. The staff at check-in wasn't particularly friendly - very clearly just on a business transactional mode.
