    only issue is the bath shower wall does not seem fully cleaned. but overall, nice and clean all around.

    Hampton inn Kanab didn't meet my expectations which were based on the previous hotel reviews. Not too bad or wrong but nothing special or great. 1. The clogged drain and the smell (I reported it to the staff at the reception right after check in) 2. The Staff were not very nice and helpful. 3. Breakfast was not very great. 4. The view from the room window was the parking lot and the road 5. The swimming pool was closed at the time. It was the winter season but they didn't inform of it when booking. 6. The holding fee was not removed for the next several weeks(more than 4weeks). I tried to contact the Hilton customer service, Agoda and Hampton inn Kanab. It took some days for me to receive the reply from the hotel and they recommended that I would rather contact my credit card company. The card company told me that it wouldn't probably charge from my account although the holding fee seemed to remain. It ended up being not charged but I still can't understand why the Hilton held the holding fee so long while other hotels removed the holding immediately after check out.
