Interesting experience, mostly good!

Simplified check-in but definitely not in person. Clean, modern, ample size. Kitchenette. Closet. Small balcony. Reserved parking. Near most town amenities.

Usage of wording "hotel" is misleading. This is a room in a small apartment building; there is no common area, no personnel onsite. In summer when windows need to be open for cooling, outside noise can be disruptive.

A unique, affordable, and immaculately clean place to make your home base.

What a unique and comfortable little spot! It was easy to gain access. I was meeting my husband there for the night to attend a concert, and he surprised me with our dog. I contacted the property, and they were so gracious and accommodating. The room was immaculate. The Bed was comfortable.

There was a farmers' market on Saturday morning. The morning after our night there. And it made the parking situation a little ridiculous. I don't think it was at all the establishment's fault; it was a bit inconvenient, though. I did have a good time at the market, however. The only other feedback I have is that while the room was spotless, with the exception of the bed, the furniture in the room was well-worn and old.

Like staying in a crappy motel room for a high price tag

Pros: - Location was a short drive to Vail and the little town of Minturn was actually really cute with a few places right in walking distance to eat - Check in was pretty seamless

Cons: I would NOT RECOMMEND this place. It was super disappointing -- especially for the high price for the night! - Our room was in a basement, very small dark and NOT that clean - The heat was blasting and would not turn down - Air was so dry and the bed was old and uncomfortable. - We basically got a terrible night sleep in our hot dungeon of a room.

No breakfast and location was good... but parking was complicated. Cuisinette was well equipped!

Could not control temperature in Room 4 and no air circulation. Asked for help getting the TV to work but nothing happened. No extra roll of toilet paper.

Very clean on surface, but dog hairs found all over plaid + couch.

I like the overhaul comfort (bathroom + bed) and attention to hygiene on majority of surfaces.

Because I was cold, I decided to take the plaid available in the closet. Turns out it was completely covered with dog black & long hairs (I assume???). Passed the night having a slight allergic reaction to what I inadvertently spread all over the place... It was not z big deal but I noticed, the couch also had animal hairs on it before I used the plaid. Didn't think about taking a pic. I mean, idk how big is a deal for you, for me it's only thinking about washing these items.

I liked the upgraded bathroom and walk in shower. Bedding was also good

Minturn is a cute little town. Very close to Vail and Beaver Creek. Room was spacious. Microwave, fridge, toaster and Keurig were nice. Shower was large.

Despite their signs parking was a bit confusing. But plenty of street parking. Some road noise on first level (street right outside the window).

What a nice place to stay. Nice room, very Euro, wonderful staff, small deck to stand on. Best Mexican food just down the street, easy walk. Had breakfast across the street. Small town place, wonderful atmosphere, great hosts. Nothing but good.

I could have stayed longer. This is a great place
