Thatch has excellent communication, sending information on upcoming information on access, facilities, etc. Everything was very clean. I was on the first floor. The room was fresh and linens and bedding very clean. The bathroom was clean and access easy. I didn't wander around on the other floors where the common spaces are located, but assume they were similarly well taken care of. The location is on Dorchester with many restaurants and venues located close by. Although it is a busy area, the Thatch building is on a less busy part of the street. I heard no street noise from my room (located on the backside of the building...room 102). Overall, I'm very pleased with Thatch and will definitely look to stay in their properties on other travel.

Price was good. The shared bathroom worked out for us perfectly. The bunk beds worked for my daughter and me.

The location is amazing, close to food options, stores, the water; and very walkable.
The bathroom was small and dirty. My apartment code was the same as the code to enter the front door of the building, so anyone could access my room.
