I’d rather spend a few extra bucks for something nicer. It’s not worth it here.

It looked nice but it was cheap nice.

Nothing worked. The tv was out and the plugs in the wall didn’t work either. Wish I could get a refund but it was too late.

This is more directed at booking .com due to the similarities. Future stays i am only dealing onlin

In the past to weeks have used booking .com 4 properties ...it's been the same at all. I get the discount the first nite only..the next two nights I get hammered 20 t30 bucks per nite.I also find it odd that out of 13 nites I have yet to get maid service.what are the chances that 2 of the 4 properties the TV didn't work and when I notified staff completely disregarded as if shouldnt be expected. Strange.

The lack of knowing what the next nite room rate would be and they all had a problem with giving me a receipt so I can expense the .all 4 properties too deposit from 50 to 200.none gave a receipt for a deposit.

False advertising and disappointing all around

My car was not broken into, no infestation of rodents or bugs, the hot water worked, decent sized fridge and new microwave

Price was unreasonable and had to pay a deposit, staff had limited business hours so they weren't available for any needs, no phone in the room for help, outlets didn't work properly, ac unit sparking and the heat didn't work, lights had a short, bed lumpy and uncomfortable, stains on the sheets, mismatched second hand furniture, they had advertised blackout curtains but they were just regular thin curtains, very limited parking, no access for wheelchairs and the whole place was on a slope so elderly would have trouble walking, no extra amenities of any kind outside the room, bed had no blanket, there was no iron for my clothes, dirty towels, wifi password goven but wasn't told the name of the access, place was advertised as a hotel but it is a motel, overall false advertising and no refunds allowed

Horrible experience. If you want to be broadcasted across CCTV this is the place to go.

They kept my $75 deposit because I unplugged the TV (there were about 6 plugs behind there that I unplugged) and he would have to re-set all of the surveillance they have in that room. They are definitely broadcasting people in their rooms. Awful place. Podophiles and criminals.

Not a hotel, but overall not bad.

The customer service was good, seemed like they genuinely care. Parking was okay, I received my $75 deposit back within 1-2 days.

The location is a bit sketchy, other tenants were a bit sketchy, but overall I had no issues. I do not like that it’s advertised on Booking as a hotel when it’s absolutely a motel. Both in name and appearance. This is false advertisement, and needs to be corrected.

This is the worst hotel I've been at so far. Definitely not worth the over priced rooms and $50 depo

For breakfast they just give you one snack. That's it.. and some coffee that is disgusting

The hotel shower was disgusting and the shower head looked like it was about to fall off. The floors were cracked and dirty. The sink was disgusting. Lighting was horrible and had like 3 different lights with 3 different colors. The bed was so flimsy and not comfortable at all. There was roaches. And the customer service sucked. The towels we got were stained before we even used them.

The electricity went out in a part of the city, we had no electricity all night, did not use any of the amenities due to that. I understand it’s not the hotel’s fault, but no reimbursement or discount was given to us at all.

Very good

This place was exactly what I needed to recover after getting sick. It's close to the El Cajon Station and a 7 Eleven is close by too. I was skeptical as the ratings are not that good, but the room was modern, clean and convenient. It had everything I needed for my 2 nights stay.

Staff wasn't at the reception until 10am which made checkout or extension complicated. Checkin could be faster.
