    Great location.. couple min walk to tje beach. Close to everything. Nice little place, clean, one thing to keep in mind for pets is there is little grass to walk your dog but this seems to be the case with most places in St. Pete. Bathroom was a little on the small side and hot water took a long time to kick in. But it was a quaint and lovely place. Had a full kitchen and full size fridge. Would definately rent again.

    We came with a baby and felt horrible for the guests in the room next to us because the walls were paper thin. We could hear their conversations in the morning and our baby cried a lot throughout the day. There was an ajoining door between the two rooms and the door might as well have been open. Cleanliness was also a let down. It was pretty gross underneath the bed and I think the cleaner neglected to clean under the bed for at least a week. Given the price we paid to stay there, I wouldn't come back. There are better maintained accomodations all around.
