Everything was absolutely amazing! The staff is very friendly and room was perfect for our family! They even have complementary coffee offered in the morning, and a cute little popcorn machine for free in the lobby in the afternoon/evening! Management was great also! Thank you for having us! We will be back next time we visit Miami. :)
Only thing that suprised us a little was parking. Weve never been to Miami, (so it could just be how all hotels are there?) but we had to pay to park off site. $35 for overnight parking per night. There's no parking at the actual hotel. It was very close though and parking was only a block or 2 away, so not a big deal. Again though, everyone was amazing and definitely were EXTREMELY accommodating. We cant thank them enough. :)

Girls from the front office very helpful and very nice

No parking at all , really bad for an hotel in that location
Embarrassing pool
Outdated rooms
Shower door needs to be fixed, dangerous very dangerous since is glass
Tiles on the floor needs to be replaced,
Carpet on the stairs from the ‘60 maybe and not clean att all
Smell of mold really bad
