The house has 3 floors, the main floor is made up of 2 suite rooms with a bathroom inside, with 19th century decoration, but with all the comforts and recently renovated, also on this floor there is a room with two beds, ideal for two children, a cot is also available (not for travel). On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, two of them double and one with a very large single bed, with a full bathroom on that floor.
There are two kitchens that are equipped with every comfort, as well as a ceramic hob. HAS
Two kitchens, winter and summer with microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator, television and all the necessary utensils, with table and chairs. The one on the ground floor (summer) has a dining room with a table for 11 people and a sofa. , it is connected to the patio where there is also a table to eat and rest (decorated with original Roman vestiges of the house)
The house also has a washing machine, tumble dryer and a place to hang,
On the ground floor, the courtyard of the Arab-style house with a fountain is located. In the basement, garage

We stayed here February 2018 and only complaint is that the main atrium is quite chilly, understandable because of the layout of the property but we weren't expecting this. The bedrooms and the lovely upstairs living room were nice and warm though so it wasn't a big deal. Guadix is an interesting town and we were right in the heart of it in this villa. I doubt we will go back to Guadix again but if we did we would stay here, especially in the summer.

Nuestra estancia en el palacete fue muy satisfactoria. Todos nos encontramos muy cómodos con la casa, ya que es enorme. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue que preguntamos varias veces antes de ir si había leña y nos dijeron que "sí", que al llegar solo teníamos que pedírsela al conserje que vive en la planta baja. Y cuando fuimos a pedirla nos cobró 15€ por un capazo que no duró más de una noche, y con lo que estuvimos bastante molestos, por el hecho de no avisarnos. Todo lo demás fue genial, la cuidad nos sorprendió a todos es muy recomendable ver Guadix. Esta llena iglesias y buenos bares.
