Very nice place! I loved the old-time look and charm. It was clean, quiet, and in a great downtown area. The thing I liked most was the older staircase—it was steep, but really cool and added so much character to the place. I really enjoyed my stay!
The yard and grass needed to be mowed, and there were no flowers or landscaping to add to the appearance. Inside, the fireplace needed some repairs, and the air vent was coming out of the wall. The curtain in the half bathroom also didn’t hang down far enough. It felt like someone could see right through the opening while using the restroom, which made it uncomfortable.

Perfectly located! You can walk or drive. Its a short drive to the train station where you can park, and then walk to all the things harpers ferry has to offer!
The steps to upstairs were not my favorite. They have a tree house vibe which is fun but I was nervous one of us would trip and fall down them. Probably not small child friendly or elder friendly. I have a sleep walker and didn't realize the layout. That was my own fault but for someone who likes to feel like their in a nest its perfect!

house was clean and "open", nice period pieces.
Door was unlocked. I assume the nice gentleman who lived in the home behind was the owner, but not sure.
WiFi info wasnt easily accessible in the white notebook left. but we were able to locate the information on an envelope with writing on it. Er were just VERY COLD most of the night.
